Historic Richland
This is a wonderful residential neighborhood and a great place to paint.... tree-lined streets, beautiful old homes, to-die-for landscaping. We start early to be finished before the heat!!! Come out and join us.
Directions:From Nashville - Go West on West End/Harding, Go Past 440, turn Right on Bowling (about 2 blocks), then Left on Richland Av.(1 block). Here you will find about two or three blocks of homes worthy of a painting.... the streets going West are Bowling, Craighead, Christopher, Wilson. Drive up and down Richland until you find one you want to paint.
From 440 - Get off at West End/Harding, Go West - then same as above.
From 440 - Get off at West End/Harding, Go West - then same as above.
From West - Turn Left on Bowling, couple blocks before 440. - then same as above.

We actually found it really comfortable and breezy last week along the lake at Shelby Park. It's really a nice place to paint, centrally located and easy to get to. Here are some who braved it on June 20, 2009.
