Here's a good suggestion for Saturday - should be close to 50 and sunny all day.  "Harlinsdale Farm has been called the most significant historic farm associated with the modern Tennessee Walking Horse industry."  (It's across Franklin Road from The Factory.)

I'll be thinking of you out painting (and trying to keep warm) from sunny Key West !!!  Sorry :) .... can't join you this time.

We had quite a nice turnout in Germantown last Saturday, considering there was really no notice.  We had six show up to paint and some of those were going to return on Sunday.

If you have never gone out to Jason's, you've got to go ....  his studio is enormous, still life setups are really nice and he always has a wide variety from which to choose, he also has great music to inspire you ... plus, you'll be painting alongside other incredible artists.

Paintout - Saturday - February 20th, 2010
Historic Germantown - 1:00 ish

Sun's out - predicting high of 60 - can you believe - and it's February!  So sorry for the "no notice" - but it was just thrown together - in fact - I should be here working on taxes, but oh well!  There is tomorrow!!

We'll meet at the corner of the Mad Platter - 1239 6th Ave. North  - for GPS users.

Radnor Lake - Challenge to the Freeze Out

We had 15 brave the cold for the Radnor Lake Plein Air Freeze Out Challenge on January 31st.   Everyone had a good time and it was really delightful with the sun out ... not cold at all.  Definitely have to make this an "annual".
