Saturday - Nov. 1, 2008 - 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 Plus
Beaman to Bell's Bend - Park2Park
And Nanci Griffith Concert

As Middle Tennessee's plein air painters, Plein Air Nashville and The Chestnut Group, have been invitied to join in this "adventure-packed celebration of Nashville's Backyard". Check out the schedule for the day, which begins with a Paint Out at 7:45. There will be maps available of painting sites at the Scottsboro Community Center, 5102 Old Hydes Ferry Pike. Martha Berry will be there to greet you (from 7:45 to around 10:00).

Vistas range from rocky, forested slopes in Beaman Park towards the North to grassy fields and barns in Bell's Bend. Folks are friendly and most areas are accessible, but they will mark several properties where owners have given specific permission with flags. And, if you've noticed, we're finally getting some color this Fall!!!

Everything you need to know is here - For Directions and Event Program, go to:
http://www.bellsbend.org/festival2.php

Families are welcome too and don't forget the Nanci Griffith concert at 4:30 and 'Smore'.

Paint as long as you like. (I plan to paint in the morning, around 8:30 and again in the afternoon, maybe about 1:30.)

Happy Painting!
